1. Acceptance

By visiting theringprotocol-clarity.pages.dev, requesting the free materials, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or products.

2. What the product is

The Ring Protocol is an educational self-reflection tool that combines written material, audio, and a browser-based app. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. It does not diagnose or cure any condition.

3. License and permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials you purchase for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or use the materials to create a competing product. You may not remove copyright or ownership notices.

4. Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Current prices are displayed on the sales pages. Hotmart handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, and order records. Your purchase is also subject to Hotmart's terms and policies. We may correct pricing or listing errors before or after an order; if a correction affects your order, we will contact you and offer a refund where appropriate.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase of The Ring Protocol and on the e-book. To request a refund, email theringritual.ebook@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and the email used at checkout. Refunds are issued through Hotmart to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval, though your bank may take longer. After a refund, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the materials. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Access and availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. If a paid download becomes unavailable, contact us and we will provide a reasonable replacement or remedy.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you submit, for keeping your login details secure, and for using the products lawfully. Do not listen to the audio while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. Stop if you feel uncomfortable and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The site, text, audio, design, and app are owned by The Ring Protocol or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted except the limited license in these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ring Protocol and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Ring Protocol and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
