If The Ring Protocol is not a fit for you, email theringritual.ebook@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and request a refund. We will honor the request under the conditions below.

What the guarantee covers

• The first purchase of The Ring Protocol Complete System.
• The first purchase of the e-book.

It does not cover repeat purchases of the same product or separate products bought later.

How to request a refund

Send an email within 7 days of purchase with:

• The email address used at checkout.
• Your Hotmart order ID or receipt number.
• A short note that you want a refund.

You do not need to give a reason. Sending the request within the 7-day window is enough.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Hotmart to the original payment method. Once approved, processing typically takes 3–5 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to show the credit. Hotmart may contact you to confirm details.

After a refund

Your license to use the product ends. Please stop using the materials and delete any downloaded files and app data. Access to paid downloads or app features may be revoked.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at theringritual.ebook@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it quickly. A chargeback filed without contacting us may delay the resolution.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing here limits a right that cannot be waived.
