Who we are
Clarity Sensor – The Ring Protocol operates this website at theringprotocol-clarity.pages.dev and the related audio, written materials, and app. The service is operated remotely and is currently formalizing its registered legal identity. What we collect
- When you request the free audio or sheet: your first name, email address, and the answers you choose to give in the short survey.
- When you buy: your name, email, country, and order status. Payments are processed by Hotmart. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- When you visit: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the referring link. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
What stays on your device
The Ring Protocol app stores your sessions, journal entries, settings, and downloaded audio in your own browser. We do not receive that content. Clearing your browser data erases it, so keep a backup if it matters to you.
How we use your information
To deliver what you request, send the emails you explicitly signed up for, process purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the site, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Analytics and marketing technologies are currently disabled and are not loaded by this site.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with providers that help us operate: Hotmart for payments and order management, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google Firebase for authentication and app infrastructure where used, and our email service provider for newsletters and transactional messages. They may use the data only to provide their services to us or as required by law.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of every commercial email. Transactional messages about a purchase may still be sent when needed to complete or support that purchase.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies or marketing analytics. The technical consent manager stores your privacy choice in clarity_consent_v1. The funnel may store the name, session state, survey answers, and reading progress needed for the requested experience. Cloudflare may set security cookies and process request logs. See the Cookie details page for the current inventory. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser, but some features may stop working.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing theringritual.ebook@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Retention
Non-converted leads are retained for up to 12 months or until a valid deletion request. Active customer records are retained while access and support are needed, plus up to 2 years for security and support. We do not currently collect device fingerprints. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, they use contractual safeguards for those transfers.
Children
This site and the products are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
